Lemon Garlic Chicken Burgers


1lb. ground chicken

1 egg

1 tbsp mayo

1 tbsp minced garlic

½ tbsp garlic salt

½ tsp onion powder

¼ tsp cumin

Juice of half a lemon

Salt & pepper


In mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients. 

On grill: Set grill to 400°. Make sure it is very hot and clean; spray with cooking oil before laying patties down. Use metal spatula to lay burgers down (to help avoid sticking). Cook for 4 to 5 minutes before flipping.

On non-stick skillet: Over medium heat, lay down chicken patties. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes before flipping (the edges should start to turn golden brown before flipping).
